Water falling into a creek. Wind in the trees, and the song of the water splashing on the rocks. Based on the work of another artist.

This is the first significant work that Laura has done using pressed watercolor paints. She used them in high school, but never could quite get the hang of them. This uses a Watercolor Gouache method, with smooth blending, but the water has no added white paint.

Original has somewhat more greenish colors, and the details are better defined.
